With potholes remaining a huge problem on British roads, we went out into Manchester to ask people how important it was to get them fixed.

00:00Hi I'm Theo and this is People on the Street. Today I'm out in Manchester asking people about
00:04potholes and that's because it feels as though the amount of potholes on the roads has made it
00:08pretty dangerous sometimes to get around and although Labour have dedicated a massive amount
00:12of money to fixing the problem we want to know how much it inconveniences people and if they're
00:16hopeful that things will eventually get sorted. It's something that does need doing because in
00:20the end of the day potholes would annoy a lot of people especially if it say if you went down and
00:24up and it caused a bit of damage to the car as well depending obviously what was in there as such.
00:28It depends what city you're going I think. I think the government he kind of invests more
00:33into other cities so like Manchester for example the roads are really good but if I go to like
00:37another smaller city for example I feel like there's more potholes there like Bolton or
00:41Wigan or something like that for some reason so I think yeah it depends what city you go to.
00:45I think where we are it's not too bad. Yeah it's not too bad. We live very close in the Bolton
00:50area so at least where we go on a regular basis there's not that many potholes and that but
00:55the obligation there will be a few here and there. We're probably bothering each other there.
