Original Style Swings with a century old Milo 50lb plate. Plate weighs more like 49½lb. Plate is smooth on both side with no name or number cast into the face on either side.
WHY Swings? Great way to build explosive Hip & Lower Back Extension when you don't have a lot of weight or need a break from barbell lifts. In this case, by pinching a plate l am adding a grip element into the performance.
