00:45Today I would like to make five commitments to the people of Gujarat.

00:52First, Reliance will continue to play a leading role in Gujarat's growth story with significant

01:00investments in the next ten years.

01:03Specifically, Reliance will contribute to making Gujarat a global leader in green growth.

01:10We will help Gujarat target to meet half of its energy need through renewable energy by

01:18the year 2030.

01:20Second, Reliance Jio completed the fastest rollout of 5G infrastructure anywhere in the

01:28world.

01:29Today, Gujarat is fully 5G enabled, something that most of the world does not yet have.

01:38This will make Gujarat a global leader in digital data platforms and AI adoption.

01:455G enabled AI revolution will make Gujarat's economy more productive, more efficient and

01:54more globally competitive.

01:56Third, Reliance Retail will further accelerate its mission to bring quality products to consumers

02:04and simultaneously empower lakhs of kisans and small merchants.

02:09Our retail business improves the quality of life of all households of Gujarat with better

02:15products and services.

02:17Fourth, Reliance will make Gujarat a pioneer in new materials and the circular economy.

02:25As a first step, Reliance is setting up India's first and world-class carbon fibre facility

02:33at Hazira.

02:35And finally, fifth, Prime Minister Modi has announced that India will bid for 2036 Olympics.

02:44In preparation for that, Reliance and Reliance Foundation will join forces with several other

02:51partners in Gujarat to improve education, sports and skills infrastructure that will

02:58nurture the champions of tomorrow in various Olympic sports.

03:03Most respected Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi ji, before I conclude, permit me to articulate

03:11a conviction that resides in the heart of everyone in this hall and most Indians.

03:20As Chief Minister of Gujarat, you used to say, Bharat ke vikas ke liye Gujarat ka vikas

03:27and that is how you made Gujarat India's growth engine.

03:32Now as Prime Minister of India, your mission is duniya ke vikas ke liye Bharat ka vikas.
