04:05Federal prosecutors are seeking to keep him in custody ahead of his trial, which will
04:10ultimately be in Washington, D.C., but he's going to be held here in North Texas until
04:17Thursday when his lawyers will argue for him to be released.
04:23They said after the hearing today that he plans to fight the charges against him, that
04:30he's not a flight risk and he's not a danger to the public.
04:36The Justice Department remains committed to holding all January 6th perpetrators at any
04:45level accountable under law, whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally
04:52responsible for the assault on our democracy.
