00:05cover image, despite the fact that she expressed her disapproval. The singer took to Instagram to
00:09share the edited cover photo as well as a bare faced selfie. Quote, My face does not look like
00:14this. My body does not look like that. And I feel very happy and comfortable with how I look
00:18naturally, she wrote. Despite making my discontent clear with the number of additions they did with
00:22the photo, they didn't do anything about it. As if to look good, I needed all those changes.
00:26Karol G expressed gratitude for being featured on the cover, but stated that the overall experience
00:30left her feeling disrespected. She also said it felt disrespectful to other women who feel
00:34comfortable with themselves despite society's stereotypes. GQ has not released a formal
00:39response to the allegations, but has since removed the cover from their social media accounts. Fans
00:43of Karol G have also flooded the account's various comment sections condemning the magazine's actions.
