00:10Edinburgh woman diagnosed with stage 4 cancer launches fundraiser for life-changing treatment.
00:16An Edinburgh woman who is living with terminal cancer has launched a fundraiser to help pay for treatment which could save her life.
00:22Chiara O'Brien is now fundraising to pay for alternative treatments which she said have seen many other women live longer with or recover from the disease.
00:30Including author Jane McClelland who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 25 years ago.
00:42A 30-year-old man was assaulted and robbed of his phone by two men in Bathgate on Friday, November 22nd.
00:48At around 12.45pm police officers received a report of the incident that had taken place a short time earlier on a path between Northbridge Street and Mansfield Street.
00:58The injured man was taken to St John's Hospital in Livingston and released after treatment.
01:02One of the suspects is described as Asian and the other Polish.
01:06The Polish man was around 35 years of age. Both were wearing high-vis vests.

01:31An Edinburgh shoe shop is set to close its doors for good next week after 32 years of business, with the owner set for retirement.
01:39Dave McKiernan, 74, will close his Southside shop Superior on Friday, November 29th after opening in the area back in 1992.
01:49Dave said
01:50I'm 74, so I think it's time to retire now. I had wanted to carry on until I was 70. Then Covid came in and I had to build the business up again after that.
01:59In retirement I'm looking forward to having lots of holidays, as I have not had much holidays in the 32 years I have been here.
