Tried out Thrusters with 139lb(63kg) & 162lb. Testing out to see if than can help prep me for some Jerks via Arthur Lifts. Interesting how these absolutely force you to stay upright throughout the Squat portion! It seems these could be good for improving Squat form. Can't wait to see how Jerks go after this. God Bless!
