Another Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) cadet was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Friday (Nov 22) with causing hurt to a junior using a spiked boot.
Mohd Adil Mat Awang Ghani, 22, allegedly voluntarily caused hurt on Muhammad Haziq Iqbal, 19, by stepping the victim's stomach using a spiked boot.
