00:00A live-in partner was arrested after he stole from an establishment in Quezon City.

00:05The man confessed to the theft.

00:07The woman defended him and said that she stopped him from stealing.

00:12Here is the first news, James Agustin.

00:17This was found on the second floor of an establishment on FPJ Avenue in Quezon City.

00:23The man seemed to be looking for something.

00:25Later, he looked at the system unit of the computer.

00:29Before he was caught, the man was caught by the CCTV camera

00:32and his accomplice was arrested by the police.

00:37According to the police, the owner of the establishment was arrested early

00:40because the padlock on the door was gone.

00:42They discovered when they entered the establishment in the morning

00:47and they found out that there were items missing,

00:50particularly parts of their machinery.

00:53In a hot pursuit operation by the police,

00:57a live-in partner was arrested on Araneta Avenue.

00:59The stolen items were returned to them,

01:02including the system unit and some parts of the printing machine.

01:06These items are worth P123,000.

01:10As part of the investigation, we were able to recover CCTV recordings

01:14where we were able to identify our suspect.

01:18This is the fourth time that a male suspect has been arrested

01:21who was previously involved in two theft incidents

01:24and a drug-related case.

01:26I was able to do that because of my hard life.

01:40The female suspect who was previously arrested because of a drug-related incident

01:43was accused of stealing.

01:45Her accomplice was arrested on the same day.

01:48I was walking and I found her.

01:51So I didn't see her.

01:53I looked for her.

01:55I was the first one to look for her.

01:56I asked her what she was doing there.

01:58She told me to get out of there.

01:59I told her that I will not get out of there.

02:00I pushed her away at that time.

02:02Two robbery charges were filed.
