00:38with experts in each cluster from 17 to 18 October last year.
00:44This rehabilitation plan includes four main clusters,
00:47which are welfare, health, education and education,
00:50in accordance with the Children's Act 2001, Act 611.
00:54The details of this rehabilitation plan are as follows.
00:57For the welfare cluster, the JISB will ensure
01:02that all needs and needs of JISB children are met completely and perfectly.
01:07At present, they are in a safe place under the management of JKM.
01:11JKM will work closely with the ISM
01:14to ensure that the children's rehabilitation is carried out in accordance with the Children's Act 2001.
01:20For the welfare cluster, the JISB is looking at various aspects
01:25to ensure that the JISB can help these children to be rehabilitated in a patient time,
01:30to improve their quality of life and the right to physical, mental health,
01:34adherence to the Islamic faith and not to be neglected in formal education.
01:40In the welfare cluster, comprehensive health rehabilitation is led by the Ministry of Health,
01:46which is led by pediatrics, family medicine specialists,
01:50counsellors, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists from the public and private sectors.
01:57Intensive screening and examination is carried out from 4 to 8 November,
02:02from four categories, which are physical health examination,
02:06assessment of physical development, assessment of mental health
02:10and awareness of learning problems.
02:13The achievement of the physical health examination in the development is 26.8%.
02:20These children have received assistance, or not enough.
02:256.8% is the worst assistance.
02:28After two months in the care center of the Community Welfare Department,
02:3436.6% have increased body weight.
02:3822% of children between the ages of 0 and 6 years are found to have dysregulation.
02:44The mental health screening results found that 84.8% of children
02:50are diagnosed with depression,
02:52with a majority of 60% in the light stage,
02:55for anxiety screening.

03:05After the decision of mutual assessment by pediatrics and family medicine experts,
03:10children who need further intervention and treatment
03:13in the mild and moderate category
03:16will be referred to counsellors or clinical psychologists,
03:20and those who are severe will be referred to psychiatrists or psychiatrists.
03:26The recovery of the comprehensive education cluster will be led by the State Education Department
03:32and will be led by the Islamic Religious Council of Ma'iz State,
03:35the Islamic Religious Department of Jais, and the Taska Association of Selangor State.
03:38The recovery of education has been started since October or October 1.
03:42The academic recovery, the results of the education assessment for these children are found
03:47that these children generally have good Malay and mathematics control,
03:52but have problems in English.
03:55This problem occurs in the middle and upper grades.
04:00The control of history subjects in the middle and lower grades
04:04and also in the lower grades,
04:06however, they show interest in the subject.
04:09However, there are 8 people among them who have not been able to master
04:13the aspect of technical learning, academic learning,
04:16because they are classified as special needs students,
04:19which means special children.
04:22Sometimes for children who are known as special children under the age of 6,
04:27the Taska Association of Selangor State will carry out the Love Touch module,
04:31which is designed to provide children with fun experiences
04:35and means they build the basic skills they need.
04:38For the process of recovery of faith,
04:41the recovery of faith module and the Islamic education of Ma'iz State and Jais State
04:44using a special module,
04:46which is built with the cooperation of Ma'iz State, Jais State,
04:48and the Association of the Islamic Religious Council of Selangor State or PITAS,
04:51emphasizes their faith and confidence in the true faith of Islam.
04:55Ma'iz State and Jais State will also carry out the study and problem solving
04:59in 176 children under the age of 4 to 17.
05:06Ma'iz State has provided two sets of questions related to ethics,
05:10ethics and practices to see the level of the intensity of these children.
05:15If it is returned to the family,
05:18how will they be assisted?
05:21Therefore, the law department needs to evaluate this matter.
05:25Ideally, we can carry it out directly under our control,
05:31but we will respect the limits of the law as I mentioned.
05:36As of now, there is no conclusive assessment or answer
05:41to ensure that these children can be monitored
05:45and the recovery process can be carried out
05:48which requires a long recovery process.
