The Selangor government has donated RM100,000 to the Selangor GISBH Children’s Recovery Task Force to develop a comprehensive and effective recovery plan for children rescued from welfare homes run by GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISB).

Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the task force came out with a recovery plan encompassing four main clusters, namely welfare, legal, health and education.

00:00The Kingdom will donate RM100,000 to the JISB Rehabilitation Task Force in Gislangu,
00:11which was established to design a comprehensive and effective rehabilitation plan
00:16for children who have been rescued from JISB homes.
00:20Today's donation will be distributed through ISN Islam Darul Ihsan or JIDEH,
00:26who will be responsible for distributing the donation to the JISB children.
00:31The task force has carried out a comprehensive rehabilitation plan
00:35to build a comprehensive rehabilitation plan
00:38with experts in each cluster from 17 to 18 October last year.
00:44This rehabilitation plan includes four main clusters,
00:47which are welfare, health, education and education,
00:50in accordance with the Children's Act 2001, Act 611.
00:54The details of this rehabilitation plan are as follows.
00:57For the welfare cluster, the JISB will ensure
01:02that all needs and needs of JISB children are met completely and perfectly.

01:40In the welfare cluster, comprehensive health rehabilitation is led by the Ministry of Health,
01:46which is led by pediatrics, family medicine specialists,
01:50counsellors, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists from the public and private sectors.
01:57Intensive screening and examination is carried out from 4 to 8 November,
02:02from four categories, which are physical health examination,
02:06assessment of physical development, assessment of mental health
02:10and awareness of learning problems.
02:13The achievement of the physical health examination in the development is 26.8%.
02:20These children have received assistance, or not enough.
02:256.8% is the worst assistance.
02:28After two months in the care center of the Community Welfare Department,
02:3436.6% have increased body weight.
02:3822% of children between the ages of 0 and 6 years are found to have dysregulation.

03:26The recovery of the comprehensive education cluster will be led by the State Education Department
03:32and will be led by the Islamic Religious Council of Ma'iz State,
03:35the Islamic Religious Department of Jais, and the Taska Association of Selangor State.

04:38For the process of recovery of faith,
04:41the recovery of faith module and the Islamic education of Ma'iz State and Jais State
04:44using a special module,
04:46which is built with the cooperation of Ma'iz State, Jais State,
04:48and the Association of the Islamic Religious Council of Selangor State or PITAS,
04:51emphasizes their faith and confidence in the true faith of Islam.
04:55Ma'iz State and Jais State will also carry out the study and problem solving
04:59in 176 children under the age of 4 to 17.
05:06Ma'iz State has provided two sets of questions related to ethics,
