00:00The total number of individuals affected by the next three typhoons in the Philippines has reached 1.4 million.

00:15Continued pre-emptive evacuations in flood-prone and landslide-prone areas
00:20due to the next incoming typhoon Nika, Ophel, and Pepito in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:26More than 200,000 families or more than 700,000 individuals have experienced pre-emptive evacuations
00:33in Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Calabar Zone, Region 5, and Region 8.
00:39This is based on the combined effects of the Nika, Ophel, and Pepito typhoons
00:43while more than 1.4 million individuals have been affected by the next three typhoons.
00:50In a statement by the PTV to the Office of Civil Defense Officer-in-Charge, Assistant Secretary for Operations Cesar Idio,
00:56according to him, the preparation, assistance, and assessment of various government agencies
01:03for a proactive response to those affected by the typhoon will continue.
01:06Our National Disaster Risk Relation Management Council and Regional and Local DRM Councils are always alert.
01:16The OCD has issued a warning for those affected by the typhoon.
01:20Our Secretary of National Defense emphasized on the gale warnings
