00:00What do you think has kept you strong and together?
00:02Because you've had so much pressure and stress on you as a couple
00:05and very publicly as well.
00:07And you've navigated it seemingly very gracefully.
00:11What do you think has kept you together as a couple
00:13privately outside of the public glare?
00:15I think growing up with each other, you know,
00:17we've known each other from a young age
00:20and, you know, being together from a really young age.
00:23It's not, you know, at the time you think you're old and you think you're...
00:26But when I look now, I was 16 and we're having my son nearly 15.
00:32I think I was only a baby. I was so young.
00:35But I think, you know, we've grew up together.
00:37We've gone through the hard times together.
00:40We've gone through the good times together.
00:42And we know each other well.
00:45I know that sounds like...
00:46But you find some couples and they don't actually know each other that well.
00:51I find that, you know, I always say, if you, you know,
00:56ask me what me and Wayne are, I would say we're a team
00:59and that we've helped each other through life.
01:03And there's things that I'm, you know,
01:05we're good at seeing the better outcome rather than the worst.
01:12And I don't know whether that's something that I can take credit for,
01:15but I was brought up with that outlook on life.
01:18You know, my dad's always said, you know, there's, you know,
01:21worse situations than what you're going through.
01:24Not me personally, like when we, you know, say when I was a teenager or...
01:29And I used to say about life, you know, we're millionaires.
01:34We weren't millionaires.
01:35We, you know, we didn't have a lot, but he just meant like by health
01:39and we're living, we've got a roof over our heads.
01:41And so I think that outlook on life has always carried me through.
01:46Going through bad times, it goes through my head.
01:49Come on, Colleen, get a grip.
01:50There's worse of people going through much worse of things than you.
01:53And I think that's always gotten me through things.
