00:22The 2025 Finance Bill, adopted yesterday by the majority by the House of Representatives, returns to the main axes of this bill in a moment.
00:33Lebanon is studying an American proposal of a truce in the war between Hezbollah and Israel.
00:41This proposal includes a 13-point plan and includes a 60-day ceasefire against the deployment of the army in southern Lebanon.

01:15In a resolution adopted during a plenary session, the institution says it is in favour of a peaceful and negotiated solution to the difference on the Moroccan Sahara,
01:22estimating that the autonomy initiative is the only basis for achieving a just, sustainable and mutually acceptable peaceful solution.
01:28The text has been transmitted to the President of the Republic of Paraguay and to His Majesty's Ambassador, King Mohamed Issa Asuncion.
01:38The House of Representatives adopted yesterday in the majority the 2025 finance bill.
01:44Back on the main lines of this project with Alaa Ben Nani.
01:47The House of Representatives gave its green light this Friday evening to the 2025 finance bill, adopting this text in the majority with 171 votes for, 56 against and an abstention.
02:01There was, of course, a debate. We approved a set of amendments.
02:09In any case, there was unanimity on the priorities of our country, namely the consolidation of the social state, the strengthening of the economy, the continuation of major reforms and the maintenance of macroeconomic balances.
02:21We discussed for a long time the various amendments. Hundreds of amendments have been presented by the various parliamentary groups and have been debated.
02:38And we ended up validating and voting in the majority this finance bill.
02:43The session was marked by in-depth discussions where the government highlighted the main lines of the proposed financial measures,
02:51including the priority areas in terms of investment, employment and strengthening of social services.
02:56For its part, the Socialist Group of Opposition and Tihadi presented the largest number of amendments, with a total of 167.
03:04Among them, 26 concerning customs provisions and 108 on taxation.
03:11The discussion was fruitful. We studied all aspects of this bill. We presented our remarks and highlighted some weaknesses,
03:21but we also approved some points that we did not consider negative.
03:31The discussion was healthy and democratic. It took place in very good conditions.
03:35As a group of the opposition, we presented our vision and amendments.
03:39Today, we attended the plenary session to vote on the 2025 finance bill.
03:50According to the Commission of Finance and Economic Development, some 532 amendments have been proposed in total, of which 45 have been accepted and 122 others have been withdrawn.
04:00After the adoption of the text in the first reading, it is up to the Chamber of Councils to examine it over the next few weeks.
04:06The final adoption of the project by the Parliament should take place before the end of this month of November.
04:16Pedro Sanchez thanks Morocco for its support in the rescue efforts in areas affected by floods, following the floods that ravaged several Spanish regions.
04:24His Majesty the King Mohammed VI had given his very high instructions to dispatch rescue teams and provide all the necessary aid to Spain.
04:32An exceptional convoy of 24 trucks, suction pumps and 70 operators arrived in Spain on Wednesday.
04:42The Director General of the Spanish Civil Protection, Virginia Barcones, expressed this Friday her deep gratitude to His Majesty the King Mohammed VI
04:50for the precious and effective support provided by Morocco in the rescue efforts in the Valence region.
04:54As soon as the aid was requested, Morocco's response was immediate and came at a time when the Spanish services needed this type of device.
05:02The Spanish official noted that this gesture illustrates exemplary solidarity and a solid partnership between the two kingdoms.
05:11Lebanon is studying an American proposal for a truce in the war between Hezbollah and Israel.
05:15Belgians are accusing each other of blocking an agreement.
05:18A Lebanese high-ranking official said that Lisa Johnson, an American ambassador to Beirut,
05:22had presented Prime Minister Najib Bikati and Parliament Speaker Nabi Berri with a 13-point plan,
05:27which includes a 60-day truce and the deployment of the army in the south.
05:36A new Israeli strike was announced this Saturday on the south bank of Beirut.
05:39Three strikes hit the sector, causing three times the volume of smoke above the buildings in the area.
05:44Shortly before the Israeli raid, a spokesman for the Israeli army published on X a call to evacuate the inhabitants.
05:54Voting offices are open today.
05:56They are leaving for Gabon.
05:57850,000 voters must vote on the new constitution project.
06:00This is the second project since independence.
06:03This referendum is the last step in the inclusive national dialogue
06:07for the organization of free and transparent presidential elections.
06:11And to ensure the good progress of this process,
06:1389 electoral commissions have been mobilized on the territory, in addition to about fifteen abroad.
06:21So how is this scrutiny going?
06:23What is the atmosphere in the polling stations?
06:25An element of response with our correspondent in Libreville, Kevin Oswaldo Caga.
06:29First of all, we must specify that the climate has been favorable since this morning.
06:34In recent hours, we must specify that the country has recorded heavy rains
06:38and many feared that this morning would be disturbed.
06:42So, with that in mind, the Gabonese people rushed to the polling stations at the first opening hours,
06:48exactly at 7 a.m. local time.
06:51We were able to note a strong influence in the different sites of the capital that I was able to visit this morning.
06:59The security system is in place,
07:01as well as the international observers who have saluted, by the way,
07:05an appreciable process throughout the polling stations.
07:08So the offices are open until 6 p.m. local time.
07:13Direction Senegal, where the electoral campaign ended yesterday.
07:16The 7 million registrants can confirm their choice last March
07:20by giving a parliamentary majority to the President and his Prime Minister Ousmane Sanko.
07:25The Senegalese are called to the election on Sunday.
07:27165 deputies for the next five years.
07:30Without the support of the legislature, the executive would have a hard time keeping his electoral promises.
07:34He will need a majority of three-fifths to revise the constitution without going through a referendum.
07:44Football mode now.
07:46The Lions of the Atlas have largely dominated the Panthers of Gabon last night by 5-1.
07:51Brahim Altrader-Diaz, the author of a duet,
07:53participated in the Moroccan festival to mark his return after an absence due to an injury.
07:58And thanks to this victory, the men of Oued Regreggi keep their first place in Group B
08:03in the face of these qualifying rounds of the CAC 2025.
08:06I suggest you listen to Oued Regreggi.
08:09Very satisfied.
08:10First of all, I would like to congratulate my players,
08:12because it was not easy to start the match.
08:15We scored a goal that could have made us doubt.
08:19But we reacted like a great team.
08:21We quickly equalized.
08:23We went for the second goal, then the third.
08:25Then we were patient.
08:27We knew that Gabon would come out to try to equalize,
08:31and that we would have spaces.
08:33Then I was lucky to have a good quality,
08:36with very, very good players.
08:38Future players in addition.
08:40When it comes in, it leaves the team at the same technical and physical level.
08:465-1.
08:47We won 4-1 on the way.
08:49We corrected.
08:50We gave up a little less chances than in the game.
08:52We were a little more defensively solid.
08:54And offensively, we stay on our line of the last matches.
08:57So we can only be satisfied,
08:59even if my knowledge of football makes me say that we still have work to do.
09:05It's good because it was an outside match.
09:08We wanted to be tested.
09:09We were tested.
09:10We had the right scenario to be led to see how we could react.
09:13If we had a positive state of mind,
09:15it was the case.
09:16We are a team.
09:17We are a family, as I have always said.
09:19We hang on.
09:20We have a common goal.
09:21This is how this day ends.
09:23Thank you for being with us.
09:25The info continues on Mediain TV.
