00:27Mindoro, the Philippine Coast Guard and the Philippine Force Authority have announced
00:31the cancellation of trips to and from the Port of Calapan, starting as early as 7 o'clock a.m. today.
00:38Montenegro Shipping Lines, for instance, has had 16 trips affected by this cancellation.
00:44Meanwhile, 350 passengers arrived at the port from Batangas around 6.50 p.m. Authorities reported
00:52that these passengers are residents of Mindoro who were allowed to travel given the temporarily
00:57favorable weather conditions so they could be with their families. According to the PCG and PTA,
01:04these early cancellations are part of the government's ongoing efforts to ensure the safety
