00:00I've seen some concern that fans are going, are we now going to be short-changed?
00:11Are we not going to have the requisite people in charge?
00:14I don't think that is the case.
00:15I think the 49ers are very satisfied with the current apparatus that's there.
00:23And some very important players have actually remained in post.
00:27Yeah.
00:28And also the point you need to make about January is that plans might already be in
00:31place that both Steinson and Myles were involved in, but Nick Hammond's still
00:38there, still very much noses onions when it comes to transfers.
00:42Adam Underwood is the interesting, probably the most interesting part of it
00:45really, because I mean, Alex Davies has been around in the recruitment setup for
00:49a while now.
00:50He was one of the lead scouts and he's simply taken on more responsibility and
00:55a beefed up role, isn't he, by becoming head of recruitment.
00:58But Adam Underwood has been kind of, I suppose, the Angus Kinnair of Thor
01:05Bartsch in terms of running the academy and running the football operations.
01:10And he's kind of steadily grown more and more into a role that's encompassing the
01:15seniors, the senior side of things.
01:17He was around in Germany, for example, in the summer.
01:21And I did ask him, you know, what kind of involvement do you take in transfers?
01:26And at that point, it was more he might come in towards the back end of transfers
01:31in terms of getting the business finished and stuff.
01:34So that'll be an interesting one in terms of how much responsibility and what kind
01:40of role he takes in player trading that he's overseeing in terms of decisions.
01:45You know, where does he now sit?
01:47But as for January, I don't see it, I don't see the changes becoming hugely
01:54apparent in terms of a January fingerprint.
01:57I think it would be more the summer.
