గత ప్రభుత్వం ఎలాంటి అధ్యయనం నిర్వహించకుండా హై స్కూల్ ప్లస్ అంటూ జూనియర్ కళాశాలలను మార్చిందని మంత్రి లోకేశ్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఇంటర్​కు, పాఠశాల విద్యకూ తేడా ఉందని మంత్రి శాసనసభలో అన్నారు. దీనిపై సభ్యులు అడిగిన ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇచ్చారు. గత ప్రభుత్వం ఇంటర్ విద్యార్ధులకు పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు కూడా ఇవ్వలేదని ఆరోపించారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఇంటర్​లో అడ్మిషన్ల సంఖ్య క్రమంగా పెరుగుతోందని, ప్రైవేటు జూనియర్ కళాశాలలతో పోటీ పడేలా ప్రభుత్వ జూనియర్ కళాశాలలను తయారు చేసేలా కార్యాచరణ చేపట్టామని అన్నారు.
