00:00Following the face of former President Rodrigo Duterte in the Quad Committee,

00:04President Bongbong Marcos said that they will not stop the investigation of the International Criminal Court or ICC,

00:11but they will still not help.

00:13There are also police and justice departments, following the confession of Duterte.

00:35Because of former President Rodrigo Duterte himself,

02:10what is the real meaning and consequence of some of the statements made by PRRD.

02:33According to the ICC, an investigation is underway by the Office of the Prosecutor

02:37on the crimes that took place in the Philippines during the War on Drugs

02:40between November 2011 and March 2019.
