00:00A severe flood reached some parts of Northern Luzon

00:04because of the continuous flooding in the country.

00:08Meanwhile, the Philippine Air Force and some sectors of the government helped.

00:17Some parts of the country were continuously affected

00:20because of the floods that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:24It can be remembered that the Nica Flood just came out

00:26and the Ophel Flood immediately came in.

00:30You can see in this first video that the trees and plants are strong and almost fallen

00:37but the Ophel Flood is still strong.

00:43In Tuguegarao, the flood is still strong.

00:46This water almost reached its peak.

00:48You can see that the water level is high.

00:53You can feel the strong wind that has a side effect because of the Ophel Flood.

01:00Maybe it's too high now.

01:02In Lasam, Cagayan, the residents can feel the strong wind and heavy rainfall of the Ophel Flood.

01:30Meanwhile, the Philippine Air Force or PAF delivered relief goods

01:34to affected areas in the northern Luzon affected by the flood.

01:38Through the Tactical Operations Wing Northern Luzon

01:41and Tactical Operations Group 2,

01:43the PAF used two Black Hawk helicopters from the Air Mobility Command.

01:48The PAF also used the C-130 aircraft

01:50to deliver relief packs to Basco Batanes

01:53and Karatipok, Itbayat and Sabtang.

01:56The Philippine Air Force, Philippine Army, PNP, Coast Guard,

02:00Marine Corps and civilian volunteers also helped in delivering the relief goods.

02:06Northern Luzon still has a high signal number 5.

02:10Meanwhile, the Philippine Area of Responsibility is expected to receive the Ophel Flood this Sunday.
