01:24northern portion of Benguet, Ilocos Sur,

01:27northern portion of La Union, and northern portion of Aurora.

01:31Even if the typhoon subsides,

01:33it will still have a strength of 165 to 275 kilometers per hour

01:38that was last seen in Gonzaga, Cagayan.
