00:06Nasruddin Ali deviate from the true teachings of Islam, says the National Islamic Council.

00:13The Muzakarah Committee of the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs said this includes

00:18the belief that the water used to soak the feet and beards of GISBH's leaders could

00:23bring blessings.

00:25The committee's chairman, Nuh Gadut, said GISBH also practiced economic models that

00:31had elements of slavery.

00:33Nuh suggested that government agencies at the federal and state levels assist in the

00:38process of rehabilitating GISBH followers.

00:42He said the Muzakarah Committee's view on GISBH has been presented to MKI Chairman Sultan

00:47Nazrin Shah of Perak and the Conference of Rulers.

00:51Nuh said the relevant state religious authorities may consider using the Muzakarah Committee's

00:56view in gazetting their own fatwas on GISBH.

01:00Most states have declared GISBH's teachings as deviant after police raided 20 welfare

01:05homes linked to the company and rescued 402 children, some of whom were allegedly sexually

01:11abused or taught to assault others.
