After he was met with many harsh truths against Daniel Dubois, Eddie Hearn has revealed why the rematch isn’t happening any time soon.

00:26Despite the one-sided nature of the defeat, a rematch was always likely. However, while
00:31speaking to Boxing News, his promoter Eddie Hearn went into detail on why that date was
00:36never a realistic possibility.
00:39He said,
00:40We had a very awkward call with AJ and his medical team. He wanted to fight in February
00:45and basically was told there's no way you can start camp and be 100 per cent for February
00:50physically.
00:51At 35 years old, Hearn knows that a second setback against Dubois is not an option.
