00:00Welcome to the elevator.
00:03Hi, I'm Vicky.
00:04And I'm Charisse,
00:05and we are co-founders and wives of Dapper Boy.
00:07So Dapper Boy is an all-gender, size-inclusive apparel line
00:10with a mission to inspire folks
00:11to feel their most confident selves
00:13in their authentic selves through our clothing.
00:16We've been in business since 2015,
00:18and in the last four years alone,
00:19we've generated over $4 million in sales.
00:22We have a 51% repeat customer rate.
00:24We believe with every part of our being
00:26that we are the next Levi's of all-gender fashion,
00:28and we are seeking $250,000 for 3% equity in our company.
00:34I was worried they weren't gonna get the ask in.
00:36God, I wish I didn't hear what they were asking for.
00:383%, 250,000 bucks.
00:40That's a big ask. That's kind of unusual, right?
00:42They've been around almost a decade,
00:44and they have great sales,
00:46and the repeat rate is over 50%, which is great.
00:49Yeah, I know. That is high
00:50for apparel.
00:51This is the first time I've seen somebody
00:53present something for men and women.
00:55And I think that is the Gen Z trend.
00:57They are looking for that non-binary-type clothing.
01:03I like founders that have a vision.
01:06It's been almost a decade,
01:08and you guys continue to persevere.
01:11To me, that's a sign of a really great entrepreneur.
01:14I think you are a good bet,
01:17although at this point,
01:20I'd like to see you raise more capital.
01:23It makes me nervous giving anyone money
01:26that then is going to spend it
01:27and come back to me in three months
01:28and say they need more money.
01:29So if you guys can raise a million,
01:32I would come in at the 250.
01:34Okay.
01:35Amazing. Thank you.
01:36That's a great offer.
01:37Yeah, it is.
01:38I'm stoked about it, too.
01:39Amazing.
01:40Thank you so much.
01:42Yes, you.
01:43Great meeting you guys.
01:44Thank you, too.
01:45Thank you so much.
01:46I'm feeling good.
01:47I thought that was great.
01:48Totally.
01:49I know we didn't get a deal,
01:50but that's okay,
01:51because I feel like they actually got it.
01:53And I think that we have a goal now
01:54to shoot for a million,
01:56and then we're going to get Kim.
01:57I know we're going to get her.
01:57Yeah.
