00:09According to the forecast, it is affected by Laguna, Rizal, and some parts of Quezon.

00:19The thunderstorm advisory is said to last until 7.39 this morning.

00:24Local thunderstorms are also possible here in Metro Manila and other parts of the country.

00:29Bicol Region, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Northern Samar are also affected by the thunderstorm advisory.

00:37Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is now high due to the thunderstorm advisory.

00:41In Cagayan, along with Baboyan Islands, Northern and Central Portion of Isabela, Apayaw,

00:46Eastern Portion of Calinga, Easternmost Portion of Mountain Province, and Easternmost Portion of Ifugao.

00:53According to the forecast, the center of the tropical storm Ophel is 595 kilometers away from the coast of Camarines Norte.

01:00It is 120 kilometers per hour and it can reach up to 150 kilometers per hour.

01:06It is moving at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

01:10Meanwhile, in 24 hours, four dams in the zone have been flooded.

01:17According to the forecast, two gates have been opened in Buklao and Binga Reservoir of Biguet.

01:22Meanwhile, a gate is opening in Magat and San Roque Reservoir.

01:27A pre-emptive release is being done in the dams

01:30to avoid flooding while expecting heavy rainfall in the watersheds.

01:36According to the latest monitoring, the water level in Pantabangan Reservoir is high
