Former PCSO head detained in US over canceled visa

Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla said on Nov. 12, 2024 that retired police colonel Royina Garma was detained in San Francisco, California because of her cancelled visa. Remulla clarified that Garma was not arrested but was deported.
