00:04where the province of Isabela and Cagayan is the most affected.

00:15Many places in Luzon were flooded due to the impact of the typhoon Nika.

00:20The province of Isabela and Cagayan was the most affected by the typhoon,

00:24where many residents fled while their homes were submerged in the second wave of the typhoon.

00:30In Tuguegarao City, some houses were still submerged

00:35due to the continuous rise in the water level in Ilo Cagayan.

00:39The drone unit of the Cagayan Provincial Information Office

00:43found that only a few houses in Centro 10, Tuguegarao City were able to survive.

00:49In Kinawegan Elementary School in Bugay South District,

00:53the water level was still rising due to the continuous rain.

00:58The water level in a rice field was rising

01:02so that some residents could not pass through.

01:05It can be seen in these pictures,

01:08that there are many houses in Isabela

01:12that were left by the typhoon Nika in some streets that are not yet accessible.

01:16While this is also a house in Isabela,

01:20it seems like it was an abandoned building

01:22due to the fall of iron and branches of trees.

01:26As of now, even though it has not yet recovered from the typhoon Nika,

01:30another typhoon has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

01:34the typhoon Opel.

01:35It is expected that the typhoon Opel will hit the northern and central zone

01:40where Cagayan and the province of Isabela are located.
