00:13The oil price increase is due to the effect of the hurricane and the decrease of interest of the banks in America.

00:34Audrey, the price of oil has increased again starting today.

00:39That's why some drivers discarded loading oil before the price of kerosene rises.

00:46Ten minutes before 6 o'clock in the morning, Father Joselito was still in a hurry to load gasoline.

00:54I was really in a hurry before 6 o'clock because the price of gasoline is increasing.

00:58The price of gasoline has increased a lot, 1.50 pesos per liter.

01:03That's why I was in a hurry to load it, just to reduce the price of gasoline.

01:20For the price of oil, the price of gasoline increased by 1.50 pesos per liter, 2 pesos higher for diesel, while 1.20 pesos higher for kerosene.

01:35According to the Department of Energy Oil Management Bureau,

01:38the price of oil increased due to Hurricane Rafael in the U.S. that weakened the production of oil.

01:46Another reason for the increase in price is the delayed plans of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries Plus or OPEC Plus on increasing the oil supply.

01:56Another reason for the increase in price of oil is the conflict in the Middle East,

02:01the decrease in the value of pesos, freight costs, and the added premium on buying oil.

02:08For the traffic update, traffic is now on the southbound lane here on Commonwealth Avenue.

02:18And the traffic flow is slowing as it enters the elliptical road.

02:22The traffic flow on the northbound is also slowing, especially as it heads towards University Avenue.
