00:05Just quickly want to ask you about Dak Prescott.
00:07We got the news earlier in the weekend that his season was
00:10most likely done as he might need to have surgery on his
00:13injured hamstring.
00:14They said in the broadcast yesterday that he was still
00:16maybe seeking a second medical opinion.
00:19Where do you fall on what Dak Prescott season has?
00:22Is there any chance we see him again in 2024 for Dallas?
00:27I think what we fall is where we started with,
00:29which is this is a different hamstring injury.
00:31It's hamstring tendon avulsion, not hamstring muscle tear,
00:35which is just time, rest, and what have you.
00:38The surgery would be to resect the tendon.
00:40I think he gets the surgery.
00:42And with the surgery, there is an outside chance he returns later
00:46in the season if the Cowboys stay alive.
00:49And that at this point is the biggest if of all.
00:52Can the Cowboys stay alive?
00:54What a difference it makes.
00:55Obviously, Cooper Rush did a great job in the past subbing in
00:58for Dak Prescott.
00:59They were 5-1.
01:00But you know what the key difference is?
01:02Cooper Rush is the same guy, but Dallas is in the same team.
01:05They can't run the ball.
01:06How many quarterbacks can be one-dimensional and be successful?
01:10Not very many, including Cooper Rush.
