00:00A 2-0 win, pretty standard to be honest. Goals from Jadon Bogle and Joel Perrault, of course
00:07right in the, deep in the stopwatch time. Jadon Bogle's, you know, winner of the Push
00:11Cast award definitely this year, I think.
00:14Yeah, definitely.
00:16But overall just one of those, you know, those solid home wins that you just need to clock
00:20up a lot of if you're going to get promoted from this division.
00:23Yeah, definitely. Yeah, just obviously, you know, 1-0 is always a dangerous goal and isn't
00:27it, as everybody knows, you know, and that's the thing and obviously look at it on paper
00:30and it's finished 2-0.
00:31But the fact the second goal wasn't until the 95th minute, you know, and obviously they
00:34should have scored before then, but, you know, it's a second before then, but it's a similar
00:37story, you know, it's kind of like a common theme with Leeds and it's not just this season.
00:41It's been like that for ages, hasn't it? In terms of like missing chances. I mean, plenty
00:44of teams miss chances, obviously, but, you know, Leeds really do like sort of struggle
00:48to put teams away quite often and, you know, don't often get the goals that they should
00:52do really.
00:53And that was the case again in this game, loads of chances in the second half. But I
00:55just think obviously, you know, fans would have probably wanted to see them sort of like,
00:58you know, do a bit of a do what Borough did really, you know, and really pilot on and
01:01sort of, you know, get four or five past someone for once and stuff.
01:05But I mean, you know, that's obviously the aim, isn't it? But the bottom line is, is
01:09it's about getting three points, which they got. And, you know, it's the end of the day,
01:13as I say, it's another three points on the tally and not enough though to put them in
01:16the automatic promotion places.
01:18So, you know, we can assess obviously like the way the division is looking now, obviously
01:21in third place. But yeah, in terms of the game, just, I mean, just basically like almost
01:25like a standard sort of Leeds performance at the moment, the way things are going.
01:28I mean, you know, it was at 69% possession.
01:31You'd expect that, you know, they dominate just about every game, six shots on target
01:35compared to QPR zero and then 10 shots.
01:38Well, overall, compared to four from QPR and stuff.
01:41And yeah, it's like most games really where they're dominating on the figures.
01:45But realistically, the story of the season so far is that pretty much every game, not
01:49all of them, pretty much most game they have dominated on the figures, but not every game
01:52has ended up with a three point hole.
01:54And that's basically why they are where they are in the table, really, because obviously,
01:59you know, they've not always got the points that their superiority, you know, suggests
02:03they should get. But I mean, it's not been complete one way traffic.
02:06Obviously, it's been a few disappointing ones this season as well.
02:09And ultimately, you know, the table doesn't lie, does it?
02:11There's two teams above them.
02:12So, you know, it has been a reasonably solid start.
02:15But as we can talk about now in terms of like, you know, who should be favourites and stuff,
02:18there's obviously work to do.
02:20As you say, they probably could be further ahead than what they are, Leeds points wise.
02:24We look as far back as the opening day against Portsmouth, and that was one of those sort
02:27of key moments where Leeds were the better side.
02:31Yes, they scored three goals, probably could have had even more to be honest.
02:35But of course, they didn't kill the team off, they were playing and it came back to bite
02:40them.
02:41But if we look at the league table, as you say, Sunderland, of course, still sat top.
02:44And then I believe it's Sheffield United sat in second place.
02:47Of course, they won the Steel City Derby.
02:50Sunderland, they dropped points on Saturday, they blew a two goal lead against Coventry.
02:54But for the most part, they've been exemplary this season.
02:56Sheffield United, of course, been good too.
