02:51the latest sighting of Pagasa is the Nica typhoon,

02:5480 kilometers west of Sinaid, Ilocos Sur.

02:57It has a strong wind from the middle at 110 kilometers per hour

03:01and a gust of wind of 150 kilometers per hour.

03:05It continues to maintain its strength while moving west to the Philippine Sea.

03:09Signal No. 2 is high in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Abra.
