00:11Did you know that in the country now, one of the biggest floating library and book fair in the world is being held?

00:18This is the MV Dulo's Hope which is now held in a place in Cebu.

00:22In this floating book fair, there are more than 2,000 books that you can choose from.

00:26MV Dulo's Hope was made in Germany in 1991 and was launched in May of last year

00:33to bring the floating library to different parts of the world.

00:37MV Dulo's Hope is held in Cebu until November 10.

00:40They will return to Cebu from November 14 to 17 before the house show in Taiwan in December.

01:01There will be a strict curfew in the barangays that will be flooded by floods and landslides due to the Nica Tsunami.

01:12In anticipation of landfall in Aurora or Isabela of the Nica Tsunami,

01:16it is expected that there will be landslides tomorrow morning or in the afternoon.

01:19According to MV Dulo's Hope, it is expected that the areas that were also affected by the floods,

01:23Christine, Marseille, and Leon, will be flooded.

01:26It is estimated that up to 700 millimeters of rain will reach that area

01:33between Monday 8 a.m. until Saturday evening.

01:38So with the saturation of Marseille and Christine before that and Leon,

01:43the land there is very wet and the possibilities of landslides are very high.

01:50According to DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia,

01:53the mayors and governors in Region 1, 2, and Cordillera Administrative Region

02:00have already ordered the evacuation of residents in 2,500 barangays that are flood-prone and landslide-prone areas.

02:08They already have 16 hours to evacuate.

02:10DNR has identified the barangays most prone to landslides and floods and the response should be immediate.

02:19DILG assured that the agencies and primary needs and assets that will provide assistance to those affected by the floods are already prepared.

02:29And while the Nica Tsunami is forecast, two more storms are expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility called Ophel and Pepito.

02:38The problem is that this will be a 10-day event starting from Friday to Monday next week.
