02:38is because migrant workers are getting jobs

02:41that are supposedly for those that are actually

02:43well, in their words, those that are white Americans.

02:46But Ambassador Romualdez said

02:48even if the immigration is tight

02:50the needs of America will surely remain

02:53for the Filipino nurses.

02:55And this can be a hindrance for the Philippines

02:59so that America can strengthen its support for the Philippines

03:03when it comes to our problem in the West Philippine Sea.

03:08I am told by those close to President Trump

03:11he has quite a number of Filipino Americans working in his hotels

03:15and also working in his golf clubs.

03:18And again, he looks at them as somebody

03:22that he really appreciates them as great workers

03:26and that's an asset that we have
