00:00Hi guys, I'm Paul from P&Js. Paul and Jess, we are the cash and carry and bargain store
00:06now here in Gosport town centre. We've come here to bring all your bargains to the town
00:10centre and the people of Gosport. We've got two warehouses, or two shops if you like,
00:15in Gosport. One on Wingate Road, big cash and carry there for all your bulk goods, your
00:19big drinks, your big bags of crisps etc. And then we've also got the shop here now in the
00:23High Street that's bringing down all your bargains to your door.
00:27Tell me what the reaction's been like. The reaction's been brilliant so far. We opened
00:30on Saturday. We had 2,000 people through our door on Saturday. We had people queuing a
00:36long old way down the High Street which has been absolutely amazing. So thank you very
00:39much for our local community. We've only been able to put this together, our second store
00:43in Gosport, due to our community. The shopping community we've got is incredible. People
00:47tell us that the High Street is dead. It's definitely not dead guys. We've had 400-500
00:52people over the past two days in the shop alone. How can people say the High Street
00:56is dead? It really isn't. Gosport is definitely an up-and-coming town and the High Street
00:59has got a lot to bring to the people of the town as well.
