01:36Residents are being careful in some coastal areas of Cagayan and Ilocos Norte

01:40due to the 3-meter high waves or storm surge.

01:462.1 to 3 meters high waves may hit the coastal areas of Batanes, Cagayan,

01:51Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

01:54The waves may reach up to 1 to 2 meters high

01:58in the coastal areas of La Union and Isabela.

02:02Avoid heading to the coastal areas or beaches.

02:06Cancel activities at sea.
