00:18If vegetables and fruits are the main things to be sold in Kadiwa Center,

00:22here in Kadiwa, the head of Disciplina Village, Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City,

00:27cheap rice is the main thing to be sold and mass-purchased.

00:34The 29 pesos and Rise for All program of Kadiwa was expanded by the President.

00:39Kadiwa Center in Disciplina Village, here in Valenzuela City, is one of the centers that sells cheap rice.

00:4550 bags for the P-29 program of Kadiwa were prepared by Kadiwa here since yesterday,

00:52while 30 bags for the Rise for All program.

00:55With the help of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the Department of Agriculture,

00:59Department of Finance, and National Development Authority,

01:02he asked for 5 billion pesos for the repair and rehabilitation of warehouses for the establishment of Kadiwa Centers.

01:11For this, the President's target is to increase the number of Kadiwa Centers

01:17from 21 to 300 in the second quarter of next year.

01:25This is in accordance with the successful program where,

01:28based on the records of the National Food Authority,

01:30from January to October this year,

01:33almost 6.5 million bags of the P-29 program were sold,

01:37or more than 70% of the program was sold,

01:40from its target of 8.9 million bags at the end of the year.

01:46Dayan, the deployment of Kadiwa Centers continues in the areas that were hit by the following typhoons Christine and Leon.
