00:00First and foremost, Shanklin has played pretty much every minute of the season for Hearts.
00:04He must be tired, certainly with this run of seven games in 23 days and he's coming towards the end of that.
00:10So I think the next two games, whether it be a big European game at Tyne Castle and then Rangers away,
00:14I can't see him leaving him out of any of those games.
00:16He might manage his game time and take him off at some point, but I think he'll be in the starting line-up.
00:21After that, I think Critchley will re-evaluate it and probably pick and choose which games he can,
00:28if he wants to use Shanklin and maybe give him a bit of a breather, because he will need one.
00:33There were times last season when his performances were very good,
00:36then there were other times when they were average or in some cases below average,
00:40but he was scoring goals.
00:42Every week he was scoring a goal, at least one and usually two, and just hitting ridiculous numbers.
00:48So when you're a striker, you don't really need to perform particularly well if you're putting the ball in the net.
00:53That's what you're judged on and Shanklin was doing that.
00:56Yeah, I just think he needs a bit of a breather, but I don't expect it to come until after the international break.
