01:12This is a pivotal election, and there are about three million Americans abroad eligible
01:17to vote, but only about three percent actually cast their vote.
01:21Now those voters here hope that they can make a difference and see those results soon.
01:25But with the race still too close to call, they'll likely be waiting a little longer
01:29before they find out who will be the next president of the United States.
