00:00The field of Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo is being trashed

00:03by the complaints of perjury, obstruction of justice, falsification by a notary public, and use of falsified document.

00:11The National Bureau of Investigation filed a counter-affidavit against Guo

00:16for the case of Qualified Human Trafficking that he used in August, even though he is no longer in the Philippines.

00:22Guo's lawyer, Attorney Stephen David, questioned the complaint

00:26because Guo had nothing to do with the notarization of the document.

00:31Guo went to the Preliminary Investigation, but he refused to give a statement.

00:36Other respondents to the complaint did not arrive,

00:39like Attorney Elmer Galicia, who notarized Guo's counter-affidavit,

00:44and Sheryl Medina, the secretary of Sual Pangasinan Mayor Aliceldo Calugay,

00:49and a lawyer who talked to Galicia before.
