00:00Ravens, Broncos, an important battle within the AFC's postseason race here, but it's games
00:09like this why I don't believe the Denver Broncos will be making the playoffs.
00:14I think they have too many of these matchups where they're going to be facing step-up competition
00:19and I just think, look, it's going to be a great year, they're going to fly through their
00:22win total.
00:23Sean Payton will have done a nice job with the rookie quarterback, but I think they're
00:26up against it today for Baltimore, who I think needs to step on this football team.
00:31We've said that before.
00:32I know that I usually preach, be careful with Lamar in these spots, right?
00:38They lose to Kansas City week number one, they come home to the Raiders, they should
00:41destroy that team and then they forgot the game was still going on and they found a way
00:44to lose.
00:45But I also saw this team win by seven against the Commanders in their own building and lay
00:50around seven in that game.
00:52This number being here at nine, nine and a half, I like the Ravens a lot.
00:57I played the Ravens laying the nine and a half.
00:58I think this is a 14 plus point win.
01:00I'm with you.
01:01I think they pound them and it's not to take away from Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos.
01:05They're doing it with a conservative ground attack, running the football consistently.
01:09Bo Nix, Javante Williams making plays and that defense stepping up.
01:13But you look at the level of competition, right?
01:15The one team that they did play that I would say was above average, the LA Chargers, they
01:20lost.
01:21They beat the Jets, they beat the Raiders, they beat the Saints and they pounded Carolina.
01:25Not elite passing attacks and certainly not Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry.
01:30So I think they run it, they throw it all over this defense.
01:33I do feel it's lower scoring guys because I don't know what you're going to get out
01:37of Denver's offense.
01:38I do feel it's a bounce back spot by the Ravens after getting abused by Jameis Winston last
01:43week.
01:44Yeah, that's going to buy into it too.
01:45Most people say like, well, wait a second.
01:46They just lost.
01:47Talking about the Ravens last week on the road to Cleveland.
01:48They're going to have a team that's actually playing really good football in the Denver
01:50Broncos getting close to double digits.
01:52Where do I sign up?
01:53Ticket count's actually 50-50 right now.
01:55So some people signing up on the Ravens, obviously some people on the Broncos.
01:58But when I look at this game to myself, I say, how does it play itself out?
02:03Like, could the Broncos win any given Sunday?
02:05I don't think they're going to win this game.
02:06But I know this for sure.
02:07If Bo Nix doesn't go over 223 and a half, they're not winning this football game.
02:11This isn't where, let's slow it down Sean Payton.
02:14That's not even his MO.
02:15Do you think Sean Payton's like, hey, by the way, Bo, let's have a meeting on Wednesday.
02:19He can't throw more than 15 times against this Raven defense.
02:20No, that's actually how you beat the Ravens defenses through the air.
02:23So for me, forget about even taking the Denver side of it.
02:26Just take Bo Nix.
02:27If he doesn't hit 220, they're not even going to cover this game.
02:32It's funny.
02:33Listen, that is definitely how you attack Baltimore.
02:36I don't know if I can get there when a guy won a game this season throwing 60 yards,
02:39which is what happened against the Jets.
02:41Different scenario, different situation.
02:43But the fact that he has a win this season under his belt where he threw 60 yards.
02:47I think his leading receiver had 60 in the game, which was Cortland Sutton, because he
02:50had a bunch of negative passes there.
02:52I think that Marlon Humphrey is going to be on a snap count today as well.
02:57The Ravens clearly feel like they need him back, which is interesting, considering we
03:01would have explained, come on, you don't need him to beat Bo Nix and Denver.
03:05But look, I think the Broncos are commanding that type of respect here.
