01:35The new Mac Mini is smaller, yet even more powerful,
01:39so it's more versatile than ever.
01:41Let's start with its design.
01:44The new Mini is just five by five inches,
01:47so it takes up much less space on your desk
01:49compared to the previous generation.
01:51You get a wide array of ports on the back,
01:54and for the first time, ports on the front
01:56convenient access. This new design is enabled by the incredible power
02:01efficiency of Apple Silicon and an innovative thermal architecture. Air is
02:06guided to different levels of the system and all of it flows through the foot.
02:12We use materials more efficiently too. The smaller enclosure is made with an
02:17impact extrusion process that reduces the amount of aluminum used by 85%.
02:22The new mini also contains over 50% recycled content and it's manufactured
02:28with 100% renewable electricity. To reduce emissions from transportation, we
02:34prioritize non-air shipping. This makes the new Mac mini the first carbon
02:39neutral Mac. Next, the new mini jumps from M2 all the way to M4. So you get a big
02:47boost in performance in an incredibly small design. With M4 CPU, you get four
02:53performance cores and six efficiency cores. So mini delivers up to 1.8 times
02:58faster performance than with M1. The 10-core GPU brings hardware accelerated
03:03mesh shading and ray tracing to the mini for the first time. So graphics intensive
03:09apps and games are up to 2.2 times faster. And the neural engine is over
03:15three times faster on Mac mini with M4 than with M1. With all this performance,
03:21Mac mini with M4 is a great system for PC users switching to a Mac. In fact,
03:27compared to the top-selling PC desktop in its price range, the new mini is 120
03:33at the size and yet it's up to an astonishing six times faster for
03:38workloads like video editing. And if you're upgrading from an Intel-based Mac
03:43mini, performance is up to 13 times faster with M4 for tasks like speech to
03:49text processing. So you can use AI to instantly apply video effects and
03:54generate captions for a ton of posts with the upcoming version of Final Cut
03:58Pro. And when you combine the power of M4 with the amazing features of Apple
