00:00Cemeteries across Metro Manila are filled with families honoring loved ones through candles and
00:05flowers. In Manila South Cemetery, many came to visit their departed loved ones. According to
00:11authorities, the Ondas commemoration here at Manila South Cemetery was peaceful with no major incidents
00:17reported. In Bagbag Public Cemetery in the Valleches, Quezon City, a large fire and thick
00:23black smoke were encountered by visitors after a fire broke out in the residential area just
00:28behind the cemetery apartments. According to Quezon City Fire Department Operations Chief
00:33Marvin Mari, 30 families were affected by the fire. In Tala Cemetery in Caloocan City,
00:39the number of visitors has reached tens of thousands today and is expected to increase
00:44by tomorrow. Twelve personnel from the Caloocan City Police are stationed to ensure peace and order
00:50around the cemetery.
