Scary moments of planes struggling to land and take off during Typhoon Kong-rey

Passenger airplanes struggled to take off and land at the Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan on Oct 31, battling strong winds brought about by Typhoon Kong-rey that made landfall on Taiwan's east coast, the largest storm by size to hit the island in nearly 30 years.
