00:32to the town of Sanchez Mira in Cagayan.

00:39to the residents who were evacuated due to the typhoon León.
00:42According to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Bagao,
00:483,169 individuals from 33 barangays were evacuated due to the typhoon.
00:56In total, more than 8,000 residents in Cagayan were evacuated due to the storm surge.
