00:00The disappearance of Sara is now a national case.
00:03Leave Sara alone.
00:05We are waiting for her with open arms.
00:11You are a very united family here, aren't you?
00:18I dream about her every night.
00:24They took Sara's body.
00:25God would have confessed.
00:28Michele, you know what you have to say.
00:35You don't know what happened.
00:37She was your niece.
00:39Niccolo is definitely in an absolutely non-voyeuristic context.
00:44In a non-morbid context.
00:47On the contrary, he tried to exorcise all this.
00:51We have told a great family tragedy.
00:56The tragedy that turned a family upside down.
01:01We tried to investigate the context in which the evil developed
01:08and the consequences of this evil, of this tragedy.
01:13These chronicle cases obviously trigger curiosity.
01:22The case of Avetrana was emblematic.
01:26The media circle that turned the community of Avetrana upside down.
01:34There is a reason for this.
01:37Maybe it's because when evil is born from a daily routine,
01:48everyone recognizes it.
01:50Everyone is afraid of it.
01:52Everyone tries to exorcise it in some way.
02:02They called you to interrogate you, Dad.
02:05You have to go to Taranto, to the court, to tell the facts.
02:09Dad, Gioia will give you the torment.
02:13He wants to trap us, he has an obsession.
02:21What can I say?
02:22You have to stay silent.
02:24Otherwise he will tell you everything he wants, even what you haven't done.
02:28He wants to eat your brain.
02:33Dad, look at me.
02:36Can you tell us something before you tell him?
02:38What are you talking about?
02:40You don't know anymore.
02:42I don't recognize you anymore.
02:44You've become so thin.
02:46You don't say a word.
02:49You mean everything to us, Dad.
02:58Did Sara do something?
03:00No, no.
03:01We did the job of moving the viewer from his seat
03:07to the eyes of the protagonists of this drama.
03:12There is no judgment in this.
03:14The job is to become the body of the dream of the director
03:20so that the audience can live from the inside.
03:24As far as I'm concerned,
03:26this physical transformation was necessary,
03:29so I had to gain 22 kg, cut and pull my hair.
03:33This physicality gave me a deep sense of frustration.
03:41Living with a body that doesn't belong to you.
03:44These are feelings that I brought back to the character's emotions.
03:48We have done a huge amount of work
03:53that we loved so much
03:55and we are proud to have participated in something like this.
04:02Your son is dead.
04:04Mine is still alive.
04:07This is the only truth that matters.
