00:00Good morning, this is the latest on the situation in Bagyong Leon.

00:06As of 4 a.m., the center of Bagyong Leon was last seen

00:11at 645 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

00:16And the severe tropical storm is still continuing,

00:18although it is getting stronger.

00:20There is a strong wind of 110 kilometers per hour.

00:24There is a thunderstorm of 135 kilometers per hour

00:28and it is moving west-northwestward at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.

00:32We can see here in our latest satellite image,

00:35the rain bands of Bagyong Leon are affecting

00:38some parts of Bicol Region and some parts of Eastern Visayas.

00:42And as the storm is getting closer,

00:45the rain bands will most likely fall during the rainy season

00:50here in the eastern part of Luzon.

00:52That is why our people are continuously being careful

00:55because there is still a possibility of rain today.

00:58Be extra careful, especially in areas that are still experiencing flooding.

01:03Later, we will know the areas that may experience heavy rains

01:08in the next few days.

04:24while Bagyong Leon continues to approach.
