00:00The machines are quite difficult to work. I mean, I've used car park machines up and down the country all my working life, I was a transport operator, so I'm very used to using machines, you know, but I could quite imagine that somebody elderly, well, I'm quite elderly, but somebody elderly who's not used to these machines, I think would find it actually very difficult to use.
00:23I wrote to civil enforcement and explained matters, and they came back. They didn't want to know, and they were at that point charging me £100 fine.
00:39So I have ignored their letters. I've only had a couple. The fine went from £100 to £140, and now I have received something from the bailiffs for £170.
00:54I am concerned for Headcorn itself. It's a lovely little village, but I think people are put off because of this car park, and it's affecting trade quite badly.
