00:00So today we have signed this landmark Trinity House
00:29agreement. It secures defense cooperation across all domains, land, sea, air, cyber,
00:36space. It will be put on a legal footing in the wider treaty between the UK and
00:43Germany. This is what turning talk into action looks like. This is what resetting
00:52relations with Europe looks like. This is what growing our economy looks like. And
00:57this is what a NATO first defense strategy looks like. And today's
01:04agreement also sends a signal to our adversaries. We will deter and we will
01:12defend against any aggression together.
01:16This is an important, very important milestone in our cooperation and in our
01:23partnership. And it is an opportunity. I'm glad that we are both wholeheartedly
01:29embracing this opportunity and I thank you for your trust. And let me put it
01:35together. What we are doing here and what we have been doing during the months
01:38before and what we are doing in the months to come and the years to come is
01:42nothing less than to protect what matters. Freedom, democracy, security and
01:49trust.
