00:00You are looking at the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year,
00:02and it seems like it's a two-man race.
00:03But also, one of those guys not going
00:05to be ready to race this weekend when we were supposed
00:08to get a toe-to-toe between the Chicago Bears' Caleb Williams
00:11and the Washington Commanders' Jaden Daniels.
00:13Look at that price point, Joe.
00:14Minus 115 and plus 100.
00:17Neck and neck right now.
00:19Number one, do you think it's deserving still
00:21that Daniels is the favorite?
00:22And number two, who's going to win this bad boy?
00:25Well, I think Daniels deserving of being right there
00:28as a minus 115 favorite, the body of work,
00:31even though he didn't play for much of the game
00:33last week against Carolina.
00:35This team is in a position to potentially not just
00:38make a wild card, but challenge for an NFC East title.
00:41So I don't think a lot of people thought that,
00:43especially with the 6.5 win total at the start of the year.
00:46Caleb had an 8.5 win total.
00:48The odds were a little bit better for Chicago
00:50to make the playoffs.
00:51So I think it's deserving.
00:53But this weekend, if Caleb Williams does, in fact,
00:56get the victory and perform at an elite level
00:59like he has over the past three weeks,
01:02I think he overtakes Jaden Daniels.
01:03I think both players will be there,
01:05assuming Daniels is in the lineup
01:07over the next couple of weeks, Donnie.
01:09But Caleb right now is starting to come on.
01:12He's starting to extend plays.
01:13He seems more confident.
01:15He's running the football when the opportunity is there.
01:18And again, he's putting up numbers.
01:20And Chicago has won dominant performances
01:23over the past few weeks.
01:24So I don't think it stops.
01:27We'll see how this game plays out.
01:28Even though Mariota played very well in mop-up duty,
01:31I still give the edge to Chicago,
01:33but we'll see how this game plays out this coming weekend.
01:37Let me ask you a question,
01:38because it seems like they're one and two in the draft.
01:40They're clearly the two best players.
01:42And let's just say, not barring injury,
01:44if I gave you a wager outside of Jaden Daniels
01:47and Caleb Williams, whose argument can you make to say,
01:50this guy can win?
01:51And again, with Daniels and Williams still being healthy,
01:53maybe just not playing as well,
01:54who can step up into that picture
01:56and maybe win rookie of the year?
01:58I was gonna look at the two long shots,
02:00and one is Brock Bowers,
02:02because of how much he means to that offense.
02:04They have nobody outside of Brock Bowers now.
02:07Now, they need better quarterback play,
02:09but I think Brock Bowers at 40 to one.
02:11And I was gonna throw this out to you.
02:13Keon Coleman coming off the performance
02:15with 125 yards last week,
02:18now having Amari Cooper,
02:19knowing that teams can't double team
02:22both Keon Coleman and Amari Cooper.
02:24If Keon Coleman puts like a string
02:26of hundred yard performances with Josh Allen,
02:29could he get back into the running with Malik Nabors?
02:32I think Nabors will tail off
02:34because that offense in New York is atrocious
02:37with Daniel Jones at the helm
02:38and the offensive line issues.
02:40I can only look long shots of Bowers and Keon Coleman.
