00:00DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia is urging to reduce the current rank of the general in the Philippine National Police.

00:16From the current 133rd PNP General, DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia wants to lower the rank to 25.

00:29Cremulia said that this is too much and most of the generals have no more people under them.

00:35The proposed reform was already submitted to President Bongbong Marcos but it is not yet approved.

00:53The Philippine National Police was formed under the law RA-6975 in 1990.
