00:00Both the Department of Interior and Local Government, or DILG, and the Office of Civil Defense, or OCD,
00:05have expressed readiness for the onslaught of Tropical Storm Christine that is expected to
00:10make landfall in Isabella tomorrow. As part of the preparations, local government units and
00:15various government agencies are now on high alert, while evacuation centers are already prepared
00:21and essential assistance is available for deployment. The OCD has placed several regions
00:26of the country under its Charlie Protocol, which is the highest level of preparedness for the
00:31agency. The regions that the OCD is most focused on are the Cordillera Administrative Region,
00:38Regions 2, 3, 5, and 8, Calabarzon and Mimaropa. All units have been mobilized. All local government
00:46units have been informed. No matter where it will pass, all local government units,
00:51all civil defense units have been alerted, and I think we're prepared.
