00:05Caught in the act of selling and possessing the three suspects,

00:26It seems like these three men have a hangover

00:29Because of the exact time of the drug sale,

00:31the three suspects were in possession

00:33when they were arrested in the alleged buy-bust operation

00:36of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Magalang, Pampanga.

00:39The owner of the house where PDEA entered

00:42is the owner of Ponteria in Sinaguang, buy-bust.

00:43Because that house is said to be a drug den.

00:47It's been a long time since it was targeted from Santa Lucia, Magalang, Pampanga.

00:52So, we have confidential informants.

00:56But when PDEA entered,

00:58there were two other suspects

01:02who were also in possession and were drug dealers.

01:04So, they were also arrested by the authorities.

01:07According to the investigation,

01:08the owner of Ponteria is the suspect of the drug sale.

01:12The owner of Ponteria is a relative of the suspect,

01:14but they did not file a police report.

01:17The alleged drug den was charged with the amount of the drug

01:19which is about P38,000 and other drugs for pernaya.

01:24If they know something about illegal activities in the community,

01:29please report it to your local PNP

01:32and also to PDEA, to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.

01:35And what we are guaranteeing is the confidentiality of the information.

01:41The two drug dealers, Ponteria and the suspect,

01:44are facing charges of violation of RA 9165,

01:46or Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.

01:49And the suspect who owns the drug den

01:51is facing the same charges.

01:53But there is no justice.
